Món thịt bò kho khoai tây và cà rốt sẽ đơn giản nhiều hơn là bạn tưởng. Chỉ cần tẩm ướp thịt đủ thời gian và chịu khó canh nhiệt cho món kho chín đều là được.
Thịt thăn bò rửa sạch, thấm khô nước rồi thái thành những khối nhỏ, đem ướp thịt bò với 1/3 muỗng cà phê muối, 1/2 muỗng cà phê tiêu, 1/2 muỗng cà phê hạt nêm và 1 muỗng cà phê đường trong khoảng 10-15 phút. Khoai tây và cà rốt gọt vỏ, rửa sạch, thái khối nhỏ.
Phi thơm tỏi băm với 10ml dầu ăn, cho khoai tây và cà rốt vào đảo đều.
Rưới vào 1 muỗng canh nước tương, 2 muỗng canh nước, xào cho khoai tây và cà rốt sắp chín thì cho thịt bò đã ướp vào đảo đều cho thịt bò săn lại.
Đổ nước xâm xấp, nêm tiếp 1/3 muỗng cà phê muối, 1/2 muỗng cà phê hạt nêm, 1 muỗng cà phê đường. Đun to lửa cho nước gần cạn thì tắt bếp.
